Moore Beautiful requires a deposit to secure your appointment time. This ensures a mutual respect is held for the appointment time. The deposit amount is simply deducted from the total cost of your booking.
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are required to ensure you will be attending your appointment and to cover our time if you do not. If you are unable to pay a deposit, we are unable to book you in. You can also call us and pay a deposit over the phone if you prefer, or pay in store in cash.
If your booking is cancelled or changed within 24hrs of the booking time, the payment will be forfeited and you will need to pay another deposit if you require
This rule also applies if you do not show up to your appointment or are running significantly late and we have other clients booked in. Your deposit is simply deducted by the total cost of your booking and the remaining amount is paid
on the day.
You will be prompted for a deposit at the end of making your appointment by Paypal.To make things easy we will send you a confirmation text 48hrs before the appointment it will have the time of your appointment and our address in it also.
Please arrive 10 mins before your appointment time to fill out paperwork and have a cheeky glass of champagne. We prefer you come with a clean make up free face but do provide make up wipes for removal. Unfortunately if If we need to vigorously clean off make up or you are late to your appointment our time may be shortened as not to interfere with the next scheduled client.
Our beautiful salon is not suitable for minors (under 10), as we do work with chemicals that can be hazardous to little lungs and also hot wax so minors are not covered in our insurance, plus this is yours and others little slice of heaven to relax in and have some time out.
