Pay Your Booking Fee Online
Moore Beautiful requires a booking fee to secure your appointment time. This ensures a mutual respect is held for the appointment time. The booking fee amount is simply deducted from the total cost of your booking.
All booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Booking fees are required to ensure you will be attending your appointment and to cover our time if you do not.
If your booking is CANCELLED or RESCHEDULED within 24hrs of the booking time, your booking fee will be forfeited and you will need to pay another booking fee if you require another booking.
This rule also applies if you DO NOT SHOW up to your appointment or are running SIGNIFICANTLY LATE and we have other clients booked in.
Your booking fee is simply deducted from the total cost of your booking and the remaining amount is paid on the day.
You will be prompted for a booking fee at the end of making your appointment by Stripe. To make things easy we will send you a confirmation text 48hrs before the appointment it will have the time of your appointment and our address in it also.
Please arrive 10 mins before your appointment time to fill out paperwork and have a cheeky glass of champagne. We prefer you come with a clean make up free face but do provide make up wipes for removal. Unfortunately if If we need to vigorously clean off make up or you are late to your appointment our time may be shortened as not to interfere with the next scheduled client.
Our beautiful salon is not suitable for minors (babies, toddlers and children under 12), as we do work with harsh chemicals that can be hazardous to little lungs and also hot wax and electrical equipment it is against health and safety regulations and voids our insurance, plus this is yours and others little slice of heaven to relax in and have some time out. Unfortunately if you do bring minors to your appointment we reserve the right to reschedule and may result in loss of your booking fee.
