Soooo I went and got my nails done today… and I think that makes me a hero 😇
Why I hear you ask?
Pfff lucky for some I wish I had the money, I hear you say 🤦♀️
Well, I ask you…
How will we all survive if we don’t get our nails done?!?
Today I helped another fellow small business, live to fight another day in these tough, uncertain times.
If we “do our nails at home” who does that help?
Yes it saves you $50 but who are you really helping?
You damn well aren’t helping our already struggling community that’s for sure!
Think about it..
♥️Yes you could wash and blow wave your hair at home for that special occasion… OR you could go support a small local hair salon thats a new mum trying to build a dream eg. Industrialhairco.
♥️ Yes you could paint your own nails… OR you could choose a small business who’s passion it is eg. Beauty Kave
♥️Yes you could spend your only day off battling numbers and trying to balance your books… OR you could give it to someone that loves numbers eg. Keeping Account – Bookkeeper Northern Territory
♥️Yes you could attempt that unicorn cake that your daughter really wants for her birthday…OR you could give the oppertunity to a small business who specialises in them eg. Rachael’s Designacake
♥️ Yes you could DIY a grazing table for you next event and spend hours doing it… OR your could hire a professional eg. Taylor’d Graze
♥️Yes you could spend your Sunday off in the heat tackling your overgrown lawn… OR you could support a local who will do it as you sip your wine eg All Territory Mowing & Garden Maintenance
And well we all know what happens if you try to touch your brows your self now dont we! 🤣
Do you see how holding on to that money and doing it yourself sometimes isn’t for the greater good???
Sometimes its actually doing more harm than good.
Get out there Darwin and support your Local Service Industry…
We don’t want to see anymore doors close up here 😢
