All appointments over 15mins with Moore Beautiful require you to pay a booking fee to secure your spot. It simply comes off your appointment total on the day; for ease, if you do rebook your booking fee will continue to roll over to your next appointment so that it is secure for you.

Outside of 24hrs we can move, change, cancel and do almost anything with your booking for you!

Booking fees are NOT refundable nor are they transferable. As stated in our terms and conditions we do not take any changes to bookings within 24hrs of your appointment. This would result in a loss of your booking fee. We do understand that life happened as special exemptions are made for emergencies. We also offer our clients 1 free pass, this can be taken at any stage for last minute cancellations.

In the event of a no show there are no exceptions and the booking fee will be immediately forfeited.

Special requirements

Medical conditions, pregnancy and other special requirements must be notified to reception at the time of booking.

We require you to confirm your appointment, this is done easily by replying Y to the text message sent to your mobile 48hrs before your appointment. If you dont not reply we will exhaust all attempts to contact you (SMS, Phone and Facebook if available), if we are unable to make contact we will cancel the booking just before the 24hrs mark this will ensure you do not loose your booking fee.

Any voicemails left for cancellations after business hours will be deemed as received on the next business day.

To make it nice and easy we have lots of different ways to secure your booking:

• Online via our PayPal link (you can use your account or pay securely via Credit Card this way)
• Over the phone by calling the salon on (08) 8989 1705
• Pop in and visit us in the salon
• We dont except Afterpay or direct deposit

MOBILE RULES: While you can happily keep your phone on at a nail or hair salon, please switch it off in the salon. The idea is literally to ‘switch off,’ so whether it’s a distant chime of a phone, or a vibrating handset during your treatment, keeping your mobile on will ruin the vibe.

TIMING: Always try arrive 15mins before your treatment (to fill out any forms, unwind and have a sneaky beverage). We are usually booked back to back so we cannot run late, so getting there early will avoid short-changing yourself.

SMALL TALK: Our Dream Team are trained to follow your conversational lead.  If you want to chat, they will join in, but if you want to lie back in complete silence, you are not obliged to make polite small talk.

DON’T COME SICK: Since your therapist will be in such close proximity to your face throughout the treatment, avoid coming to the salon with a raging cold or illness.

If you’re not sure you’re seeing eye to eye at consultation: “Quite simply, if you’re not sure you’re on the same page, don’t start your treatment. You are quite vulnerable when lying down with your eyes closed, and you don’t want to be panicked the whole time. Make sure your therapist understands what you want, and if you don’t feel reassured, raise those concerns beforehand.”

WORRIED ABOUT FALLING ASLEEP? Don’t be! We really do not mind that at all. We have tried to make it as comfortable as possible for you, plus you are lying down in the dark – it’s almost impossible not to.

CHILDREN: Our environment is not safe for babies and children. For their benefit and your peace of mind, we would greatly appreciate it if you would make child care arrangements before your appointment.

• Gift cards are available for purchase and must be presented for redemption. Please take the time to note the cards expiration date when applicable.

 

• Moore beautiful is located 14/641 Stuart Highway, Berrimah (on the service road). We are in between the big blue Darwin Bolt supplies building and the yellow Clark Rubber Building. In the centre where Darwin Podiatry is right next to Tattoo Territory.

 

• Not all treatments are recommended during pregnancy. Please speak with our receptionist to find out which services are best. If your pregnancy is considered high-risk, please seek the advice of your doctor prior to booking.
