How long do lash extensions last?
With proper aftercare, lash extensions typically last 2–3 weeks before an infill. Natural lash cycles vary, so retention may differ from person to person.
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
No when applied correctly. Our senior artists use safe weights, proper isolation, and premium products to protect the health and integrity of your natural lashes.
Can I choose how dramatic or natural my lashes look?
Absolutely. Every set is fully customised. We tailor the curl, length, and thickness to create the exact style you want. We use only natural looking and soft premium quality synthetic lashes.
Can I get my lashes wet?
Yes, after the first 24 hours. Before that, avoid water, steam, heat and sweat to allow the adhesive to fully cure.
Are infills necessary?
To keep your lashes looking full and fresh at all times, we recommend booking your infills every 2 – 3 weeks. Infills maintain fullness, prevent twisting or grow out strain, and ensure your extensions stay soft and comfortable. During your appointment, any adhesive less or outgrown extensions are removed and new fresh lashes are applied to your mature natural lashes. This process takes around 1 – 1-hour 15m and keeps your set looking its best.
Can I wear mascara with lash extensions?
Avoid mascara, especially waterproof formulas. They can damage extensions and break down the adhesive. If needed, use a lash extension-safe mascara on the tips only.
What if I have had a bad lash experience elsewhere?
We specialise in corrective work. We can safely remove previous extensions and restore lash health with our Lash Re Gen treatment before applying a fresh, safe, beautifully styled set.
Can I open my eyes during the service?
No, your eyes need to remain closed for comfort and safety during the entire application.
I have sensitive eyes. Can I still get lash extensions?

To ensure the best retention and safest application:
- arrive with clean, makeup free lashes and lids
- avoid mascara for 24 hours prior (especially waterproof)
- avoid oils around the eye area
- discontinue lash serums 24 hours before your appointment
- avoid caffeine if you have fluttery eyes or difficulty relaxing
- advise us of any recent eye treatments, allergies, or sensitivities
Post Care
For long lasting, healthy lashes:
- keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours
- avoid rubbing, picking, or sleeping face down
- avoid steam, saunas, and heat for 48 hours
- cleanse lashes daily with a lash safe cleanser available at Moore Beautiful
- avoid waterproof mascara and oil based products
- brush lashes gently each morning
