Your lash lift appointment is calm, comfortable, and designed for complete relaxation.

  1. Consultation — we discuss your goals, lift intensity, curl preference, and assess your lash health.
  2. Eye cleanse and preparation — gentle removal of makeup, oils, and residue to ensure the best lift.
  3. Customised lifting process — we select the ideal rod or shield size based on whether you want a soft lift, a strong curl, or a combination. lashes are lifted from the base and shaped safely.
  4. Tint (optional) — applied for richer depth and enhanced definition.
  5. Lash Re Gen infusion — lashes are deeply conditioned for strength, hydration, and long-term lash health.
  6. Finishing care — we style, check your results, and discuss your aftercare.

You leave with lashes that feel soft, elevated and beautifully shaped — not stiff or dry.

Pre Care

To ensure the best results:

  • arrive with clean, makeup free lashes and eyelids
  • avoid using waterproof mascara for 48 hours prior
  • discontinue lash serums 24 hours before (they can make lashes slippery)
  • avoid caffeine before your appointment if you have fluttery eyes

 

Post Care

For the first 24 hours:

  • keep lashes dry (no water, steam, sweat or tears)
  • avoid rubbing your eyes or sleeping face down
  • avoid mascara, oils, and heavy creams around the eyes

After 24 hours:

  • brush your lashes daily to keep them neat
  • avoid waterproof mascara ongoing (it weakens the lift)
  • apply our nourishing Elleeplex lash serum regularly for optimal lash health
  • rebook every 6–8 weeks to maintain your lift and ensure your lashes stay healthy
