Our  Policies

Arrival
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your appointment. This gives you time to relax, enjoy a moment to yourself, and get ready for your treatment.


Booking Policy
We have made securing your appointment simple. You have two easy options:
1.
Store your card securely in your Timely account, charged only if you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours or do not attend (100% of your appointment cost).
2.
Pay a booking fee – call us for a secure payment link. The fee is deducted from your total on the day.

We require either a stored card or a booking fee to confirm your appointment. Without one, we are unable to secure your booking.


Booking Fee Terms
• Non-refundable
Valid for 12 months from payment date
Forfeited if cancelled/rescheduled within 24hrs, noshow, or too late for us to complete your service
Any unused fees expire after 12 months
Extensions are only granted in extraordinary circumstances, reviewed casebycase
Clients are responsible for keeping track of their booking fee expiry date


Children
We love little ones, but our salon is a space for relaxation. Where possible, please avoid bringing children to your appointment. If you need to bring them along, let us know in advance so we can accommodate you.
• Children 10 years and under must stay with you in the treatment room.
Please ensure they remain quiet so all clients can enjoy their time with us.


Under 18 Policy
Anyone under the age of 18 wishing to have a treatment is required to have parental consent.
• Intimate waxing such as Brazilians however can only be carried out on persons 18 and over.
We require the parent to come into the salon to fill out our parental consent form, if needed this can be done prior to the treatment day.


Potential Reactions:
While we maintain safe and sanitary conditions, adverse reactions like itchiness, redness, or swelling can occur at any time, even after multiple appointments. Our team is not qualified to provide medical advice, so seek medical attention immediately if you experience a reaction. We can provide a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for any treatment ingredients upon request.

A patch test, completed at least 72 hours before your appointment, can help identify potential reactions. We do not offer refunds for treatments due to adverse reactions.


Prior Reactions
Please inform us of any previous reactions to treatments. Our team reserves the right to refuse treatment based on your medical history for your safety.


Gift Vouchers
Our gift vouchers are available in-salon and online.
• Valid for 3 years from purchase date
Not redeemable for cash or transferable
Only the person named may use the voucher
Must be presented (physical or digital) at checkout to redeem
A valid voucher code is required for use


Memberships
We offer a variety of memberships, each with their own benefits, inclusions, and terms. You can find the specific policies on the individual membership page; these are agreed to when you join.

Appointments
We use Timely to make booking your treatments quick and easy. You can:
Book online via our website (available 1 hour to 3 months in advance)
Call the salon and we will happily book you in.
All appointments are subject to our Booking Policy — please read before booking.


Therapist Requests
Our online system does not allow you to select a specific therapist. If you have a preference, please phone us and we will do our best to accommodate you.


Can’t Find a Time?
• Call us and we will work our magic to try to fit you in
Join our waitlist and we will contact you as soon as something becomes available


Managing Your Booking
Log in via Timely to reschedule or change your appointment (up to 24 hours before)


Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please call us. We may need to shorten your treatment to avoid impacting the next client. If you are significantly late and we cannot complete your treatment, you may be charged 100% of your appointment cost.


NoShows
If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of your appointment cost or your booking fee will be forfeited. A new booking fee will be required to rebook. Repeat noshows may require prepayment in full for future appointments.


Text Reminders
• A reminder text is sent 48 hours before your appointment
Reply Y to confirm
To reschedule, reply with your preferred new date/time (must be 24+ hours before)
To cancel, reply cancel (must be 24+ hours before)
If we cannot confirm your appointment the day before, we may cancel it and release the time.
Until you confirm via your reminder text, your appointment is “pencilled in”


Consent Forms
You will receive your consent forms via email after you make the booking. You will be sent, both a general form and one for your specific treatment. Please complete them before your appointment. If not completed beforehand, you will need to fill them in at the salon, which may delay your treatment.

Lash Extension Policy
Our lash extensions are a non-permanent solution to enhance your natural lashes without causing damage. Extensions are safely adhered to each individual lash, ensuring healthy, beautiful results.


Pre-Appointment Requirements
Please attend your appointment without eye makeup or mascara, as they can affect retention. If makeup is present, we may need to spend extra time cleaning, reducing the time for your treatment.


Age Restrictions
Due to insurance policies, lash extensions are not available for guests under 18. Guests aged 17 and under must have a parent or guardian present to complete consent forms.


Contact Lenses
Contact lenses must be removed prior to your appointment, as chemicals near the eyes can affect them. Failure to remove lenses may result in the loss of your booking deposit.


Half Set Extensions
Our Beautiful Half Set and Flaunt It sets are considered half sets, with lash extensions applied to about half of your natural lashes. These sets last 1–1.5 weeks and cannot be infilled.


Infill Policies
• Light Infills (60 mins): If less than 40% of extensions remain, your appointment may be cancelled, and you will need to book a full set or heavy infill.
Heavy Infills (75 mins): If less than 30% of extensions remain, your appointment may be cancelled, and a full set will be recommended.


Lash Warranty
We offer a 7-day warranty on full sets and infills. If you experience any issues within this time, contact us immediately for a free fix. After 7 days, regular infill rates apply. If you cannot attend within 7 days, you will be charged the standard infill rate.

Pregnancy
Lash lifts are possible during pregnancy, but a patch test is required 72 hours before your appointment. If no test is completed, your appointment will be cancelled, and the booking fee may be forfeited.


Hormone Imbalances
Hormones, especially during pregnancy, can affect the lash lift’s results, potentially shortening its duration or preventing it from working. Please inform us of any medication or hormonal imbalances prior to your appointment.


Make-Up
Remove all eye makeup before your appointment, as failure to do so may limit time for the treatment. Waterproof mascara must not be used within 72 hours, or it may result in a forfeited booking fee.


Contact Lenses
Contact lenses must be removed before the treatment. If you cannot remove them, the treatment will not proceed, and your booking fee may be lost.
