At Moore Beautiful, we offer professional waxing services tailored to your needs, whether it is a full Brazilian, full leg, or full arm wax. We use Lycon wax, known for its gentle yet effective formula, ensuring a less painful experience with longer-lasting results even for sensitive skin.
How often can I get a wax?
Lycon wax can remove hairs as small as 1mm, so depending on your hair growth, we recommend waxing every 2 to 4 weeks for the best results.
What is the difference between a Brazilian, G-string & Bikini Wax?
- Bikini Wax: Removes hair outside of your bikini line, from the top and down the sides.
- G-string Wax: An extended bikini wax, removing more hair from the top and down the middle, leaving a strip running from the top to the bottom (bum is not included).
- Brazilian Wax: Removes all hair from the top to the bum, with the option to leave a small strip or triangle at the top.
Note: Intimate waxing, including Brazilian, is available to clients aged 18 and over.
What if it is ‘that time of month’?
If you are scheduled for an intimate wax during your period, it is up to you whether to keep your appointment. Be aware that the area may be more sensitive during this time. If you decide to proceed, please ensure the area is clean and hygienic.
Can I still get waxed if I am pregnant?
If you are pregnant, please inform us when booking your appointment. We may need to extend your appointment time to ensure a more comfortable experience for you.

For all intimate, facial, and underarm waxing, we offer Green Juice Balm. This soothing balm is packed with anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties to calm the skin, reduce redness, and prevent ingrown hairs. It also helps remove any sticky residue, leaving your skin feeling fresh and smooth.
For body waxing, we use Lycon Post-Wax Oil, a luxurious oil that hydrates and nourishes the skin while soothing any irritation. To ensure maximum comfort, we apply a hot towel after your treatment to remove any remaining oil and wax, leaving you wax and oil-free, feeling completely comfortable.
Our highly trained team uses gentle techniques to minimise discomfort, so you can leave with silky-smooth, rejuvenated skin. We maintain the highest hygiene standards throughout your treatment, ensuring your safety and peace of mind.

Before Your Appointment
- Exfoliate the treatment area 2-3 times a week to help remove ingrown hairs and smooth the skin.
- Avoid microdermabrasion, chemical peels, or any resurfacing treatments in the area for at least 2 weeks before your appointment.
- If you are getting a spray tan, schedule your waxing treatment at least 1 day before your tan.
- No moisturiser on the treatment area on the day of your appointment.
After Your Appointment
- Avoid exfoliating or using harsh soaps for 48 hours after your wax.
- After 48 hours, exfoliate 2-3 times a week to reduce ingrown hairs and encourage smooth skin.
- Green Juice Skin Balm is perfect after your wax. It is antibacterial, antimicrobial, and will soothe and hydrate your skin.
- If you suffer from ingrown hairs, ask us about recommended products for home care.
- For 24 hours, avoid exercise, sweating, or swimming in spas/pools.
- Your skin may feel sensitive for 24-48 hours, so be gentle with it and follow after-care instructions.
