Lash Warranty, say what!?
Yep! At Moore Beautiful we offer a 3-day guarantee on you killer lashes. If you are not happy then neither are we!
Please contact us ASAP if you have any issues, such as loss of an excessive number of lashes. If this happens, we are more than happy to fix it providing you have done the following: Contact the salon within 3 days after lash application, absolutely no later.
Please keep any lost lashes to show your lash artist. We will get you in for a FREE review appointment within 6 days of original appointment and get them looking full again. We will not accept any review appointment made later, as lashes will be overexposed to everyday wear and tear and will void the lash warranty.
Correct aftercare instructions should always be followed including lash safe cleanser, if it is decided that improper aftercare has been used then you can either infill the missing lashes at your next appointment or refill them on the spot at the normal infill price. We always want our clients to feel Moore Beautiful when leaving our salon, anything else we just won’t accept so if for any reason you don’t feel this way, please reach out and let us know.
