The founder Dee, was invited to speak at Lash Vision Australia, one of the largest conferences in the Lash industry to share her insight on client experience.

Steve has a varied past but the one thing that he has always held in the highest regard, is his beautiful wife and her ambitions. After completing over 14 years in front line customer service rolls, including call centres, Steve ventured into the FIFO lifestyle, which brought Dee and him to Darwin. Since then, they have not looked back. Steve is extremely passionate about Customer Service and providing the absolute best in every aspect of their business. Steve is also the tech guru behind the scenes that make all the technical possibilities, possible.
